I was utterly disappointed with my stay this time. I stayed in a poolside room that had a connecting door to the next room, but it was horrible because I could hear the neighbors full volume TV on until after 3:30 AM. Thin walls or thin doors did not help to block the noise. Guest services did go by three times at my request to notify the rude folks of the issue, but the hotel did not offer any amends for the inconvenience of a sleepless night a discounted stay would have been nice, or even a free breakfast.
