Enhanced Care Package: In addition to all of the outstanding services and amenities included in our monthly rent, the enhanced package offers full breakfast and lunch, personal laundry, additional housekeeping and linen service, daily bed making, menu planning, extra activities and special events. (Enhanced package second person fee is waived)

Apartment Styles: One Bedroom-Standard, Alcove or Shared Living Suite; Two Bedroom Standard or Deluxe. Apartments are unfurnished, except suites which are completely furnished in common areas.

Meal Options: Dinner in included in the monthly rate. Additional meals may be purchased as needed or monthly. Meal packages are also available.

As we write this note, words so do not seem adequate to express how deeply appreciative our family is to the staff of Garden Villas South for the care, compassion, and love shown to our mother, Jeannette. It was quite a journey and the staff of GVS was with us every step of the way.

Everyone from the maintenance staff to the front office made our mom feel welcome, safe, and happy. The private duty GVS aides were especially helpful. Dion was outstanding! We went home each night confident that our mom was in good hands. The other nurses from Delmar Gardens that cared for our mom were also very compassionate and professional.

We would also like to thank GVS for the beautiful floral arrangements.

We would highly recommend Garden Villas South to friends and family. Our mom made friends, enjoyed wonderful meals, fabulous entertainment and great care during her short stay.

Thank you again for making her so happy!

Dear Michelle, Madison, Linda and the Garden Villas South Family,

We would like to thank you for sending the beautiful plant arrangement to our mom's funeral service. They brought such beauty to the room and meant so much to us.

We would also like to say thank you for the pastries and coffee. It was so nice of you to deliver them on the morning of her passing and we really appreciated your thoughtfulness.

Our mom was such a wonderful and beautiful lady and will be missed greatly. She loved her Garden Villas South family and we, quite simply were blessed by the kind, loving people in her life and ours. Thank you again, we are truly grateful.

I just wanted to let you know that Jane passed today in her room. We were with her when she passed 😞. But she was not alone, at least.
I especially want to thank you and Michelle for all the help you gave us.
Delmar Gardens is a wonderful organization whose foundation is built by employees like yourself, Michelle, Cindy, Darlene, Alison, Kim and all the employees at the Assisted Living, Rehab & Skilled Nursing facilities.
Thank you for making her last months on this earth enjoyable and pain-free!

Hi there!

My dad, Gerry H. has been a resident for 10 plus years at Garden Villas South. I've always been very happy with the staff, services and amenities he's received while living at the Villas. Dad's quality of life has been wonderful, and it's what keeps him going at 94 years old.
At this trying time, I'm so impressed by how the staff has stepped up and made sure all residents are healthy and safe. Even with the new guidelines, the staff has been very creative and come up with innovative ways to keep the residents happy and entertained…not an easy feat!!
I wanted to make sure that Corporate is aware of the great job that is being done by the staff at GVS to take care of our family members during the COVID-19 virus. The staff is working tirelessly and wearing many hats, putting others ahead of themselves. We'll get through this together with your wonderful care.

PROTECTED

My movement is limited but I'm not dejected,

As a matter of fact, I am cool and collected,

For there is a coronavirus justly suspected

And out there people are being infected

But where I am now, I am being projected

With more precautions than I ever expected.

First the premises were thoroughly inspected,

Then to be sure, all surfaces were disinfected

Until no virulent strains could be detected.

Government guidelines were not rejected,

But the staff did things as they were directed.

Common rules of sanitation were not neglected

Ensuring safety for all those who were affected

And thus my shield from co-vid was perfected.

I see, now that I have sat here and reflected

I am glad Garden Villas was the home I selected.

We forget to tell our Delmar angels how wonderful you all are by accommodating every facet of our Mother's well being.

Thank you for always being receptive to Mom's requests. Many thanks to her med-techs, nurses, physical therapist, kitchen staff, housekeeping staff and any person that touches my mom's life. You are, without a doubt, AMAZING!

Dear Garden Villas South,

To all the beautiful people who loved and cared for my mom, Iris. I thank you from the bottom of my heart. She truly loved her home at GVS and even more the many friends she made, including many of you who helped care for her. She spoke so highly of everyone and my brother, Doug, and I were thrilled. I also had the pleasure of meeting and knowing many of you and was very sad when COVID-19 stopped my frequent visits. With her health turn and subsequent passing, I was able to spend the last two weeks with her day and night. I was holding her hand when she took her last breath as I promised. 8/1 was her 85th birthday. We had a party in her hospice room with balloons, cupcakes and flowers. She ended the day in the presence of Jesus. She went to Heaven Iris style – her party day and she is now with my dad and brother. Hallelujah!

I will miss her deeply but will always remember the love, joy, and care you gave to her.

Thank you for the beautiful flowers in her memory.
